Lindi Pet Co may offer products for purchase on a one-time basis or through a recurring subscription option.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to the following terms:


Subscription Billing

Subscription orders are automatically billed and renewed at the selected delivery frequency unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Lindi Pet Co to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected subscription plan.


Pricing & Discounts

Subscription pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription options at any time.


Cancellation & Changes

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

Specific details regarding subscription cancellation procedures, notice periods, and processing timelines are outlined in our Subscription Cancellation Policy.

It is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue receiving recurring orders.


Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess the payment. If payment cannot be successfully processed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.


Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to our general Refund & Returns Policy.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
