Refund & Returns Policy

At Lindi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please read our policy carefully below.

1. Returns (Unopened Products)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened pet supplements cannot be returned under the standard returns policy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Once orders have been shipped, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will always work with customers to help resolve lost or delayed shipments where possible.


3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident trying Lindi.

If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us at support@lindipetco.com and we’ll review your request and determine eligibility at our discretion.

To be eligible:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Your order number must be provided

  • The product must have been purchased directly through our website

  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per household

As we cover the costs of shipping on your order, refunds under this Satisfaction Guarantee apply to the product purchase price only and do not include original shipping costs.

This Satisfaction Guarantee applies to general satisfaction concerns (for example, if the product was not the right fit for your dog). It does not apply to products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Those matters are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

This Satisfaction Guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


4. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we may choose to provide a repair or replacement.
