Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia to keep things simple.

  • Standard shipping is $5.95 AUD for orders under $70 AUD — we cover the remaining shipping cost.
  • Orders over $75 AUD may qualify for free standard shipping where advertised at checkout.
  • Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
  • All subscription orders include FREE standard shipping within Australia.

Shipping rates and promotional offers may change from time to time without notice.

At Lindi Pet Co, we aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Carrier

We ship most orders using Australia Post.

In some circumstances, we may use alternative carriers where appropriate to ensure reliable delivery.


Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Australia Post operational delays

  • Peak periods (e.g., holidays)

  • Weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lindi Pet Co is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible. 


Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
